Ryan provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He talked to me thoroughly about the scope of the service I required, made me aware of a recall on my Jeep, and kept me aware of the progress of the service being done throughout the day. I had asked him what the process would be should my Jeep breakdown when the service department wasn't open. He explained the process to me and when I arrived to pick up my Jeep he showed me where to find the envelopes and the slot in the door where it would need to be deposited. He also had someone pick up the recall parts in Racine in order for me to get everything completed in one day. Ryan explained my warranty on the battery and the other part that was repaired when I came to pick up my Jeep. I was so pleased with the outstanding service Ryan provided that I am now a lifelong customer of Palmen Motors. I consider Ryan a valuable asset of your team! Thank you, Laura
