I found my dream Jeep online at Palmen in Kenosha. I live in Illinois, and Palmen got back to me almost immediately. I started working with Riley, and we were able to handle all of the details over the phone and via email. When I arrived at the dealership, Riley had everything prepared and ready to go. The process was smooth and efficient—I signed the paperwork, said goodbye to my Tahoe, and drove home to show my family. From start to finish, this was a great experience!
