Shawn was amazing to work with. We traveled from out of state and had some reservations about commuting from so far away. He did a video walk through and test drive with us on FaceTime and helped us figure out how to pay for it and leave to return back home in the same day. On top of it all he arranged a car to pick us up from the airport by Paul dressed in a Santa suite- who is an extremely nice guy by the way. It was a wonderful experience and we are super happy and so glad we trusted Palmen motors and Shawn! Shawn laughed and said we may never find ourselves in Kenosha again… But after having such a positive experience we may come back just to work with Shawn. Thank you! Our new jeep is the ultimate Christmas gift! ❤️

On a recent visit Paul followed up to keep me informed and the tech, Lee did a great job with the repair. Repairs completed faster than anticipated. They even procured backordered parts from another dealer to speed things up.

Even though they were busy when I pulled in, Paul greeted me right away to let me know he would be with me soon. Very Nice, Always accommodating. The waiting room was comfortable and the cashier was a very friendly young man. Great experience.

Paul is the best service writer I won’t go to anyone else. I only go to there for all four of my cars a Dodge Charger srt8,Chrysler 300 srt8 , and two keep patriots .
