First of all, I went into this dealership not knowing much at all. Financing, used, new, interest, warranty, I went into this dealership without first hand experience purchasing a vehicle, just hearsay. The pair of guys i dealt with were so helpful and explained everything very well. Made me feel safe and comfortable, Griffin and Dan were knowledgeable and customer driven. They helped me through all of my annoying and silly questions. They guided me in the right direction and got me into the vehicle I have always wanted! It feels like a dream. I want to thank Palmen auto and their management team for awesome training and attention to detail. Definitely recommend them, ask for griffin! Wish i could have payed a little less but Supervisor Dan helped get me to a number i was comfortable with. Not pushy, not overwhelming not overbearing Finance was quick and easy, and they got me into what i wanted. All in all Pleasant experience.
