I found myself in a bit of a bind on July 3rd as I was driving 5 hours up to WI. My Jeep Grand Cherokee all of a sudden began riding very awkwardly and I stopped at Palmen to see if they could figure out what was going on. Now keep in mind this is about 4PM the day before the 4th of July, so naturally people are in holiday mode and I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to help me. I spoke with Chris and explained what was going on and that I was about 1/2 way through my trip and would definitely be in trouble if it couldn't be fixed. Right away he took the vehicle in the back and diagnosed an alignment issue that was causing the problem. He had their technicians take care of it and I was back on my way in an hour. I am especially grateful because I was on my way to see my family who I only see a handful of times per year and really didn't want to miss out spending the holiday with them. Chris and the Palmen team really helped me out and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!
