Honestly, every single thing about my experience was phenomenal. From the time I walked into the door a week ago, my parents & I were greeted & a salesman was with us promptly. Lawrence Steponitis “Larry” was hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered & had the privilege of buying a vehicle from. And I’ve had several as well as my parents. Initially, it didn’t pan out for me & I traveled back to Iowa but he worked diligently & looked for any way he could help me get the vehicle of my dreams & be affordable for a week & so did Frank, but ultimately he made it happen for me. I travelled back and picked up my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude today and everything was ready for me when I went in. Larry also made sure to keep his word on calling to check in on how I was liking my vehicle, how it was driving, if I had any questions, and he addressed them promptly. I also asked for a paint matched pen for touch ups that occur and he got it shipped out the next day. He also made sure to check that my Jeep app was set up and gave me the information initially to get it arranged since we were not able to do it the day I purchased the vehicle— not to his fault. As I signed papers, the gentleman whom helped was also very kind, very welcoming, knowledge & helped with the choice of gap & extended warranty. He also told me to let him know if I didn’t receive my plates in 20ish days so he could renew a temporary paper in time and so he can handle any additional business. Overall, I have nothing but positive experience with this company. But by far, Larry was phenomenal & went above & beyond. I will be returning if I ever choose to trade it or purchase another vehicle.

Tom Richer is hands-down the best salesman! He went above beyond for me. He answered all my questions and even let me take the jeep I was looking at (then purchased) for the holiday weekend! Tom made the process of buying a new car so easy and not stressful. If he is still working there in 4-5 years when it’s time for another Jeep- I’ll be going back to him! I found myself in a bit of a bind on July 3rd as I was driving 5 hours up to WI. My Jeep Grand Cherokee all of a sudden began riding very awkwardly and I stopped at Palmen to see if they could figure out what was going on. Now keep in mind this is about 4PM the day before the 4th of July, so naturally people are in holiday mode and I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to help me. I spoke with Chris and explained what was going on and that I was about 1/2 way through my trip and would definitely be in trouble if it couldn't be fixed. Right away he took the vehicle in the back and diagnosed an alignment issue that was causing the problem. He had their technicians take care of it and I was back on my way in an hour. I am especially grateful because I was on my way to see my family who I only see a handful of times per year and really didn't want to miss out spending the holiday with them. Chris and the Palmen team really helped me out and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!

I had a great used car buying experience at Palmen Chrysler Jeep in Kenosha. Blake Wilson was the sales rep. and couldn’t have been more attentive, polite and friendly. He helped me secure a generous trade-in value and drive out with the car I wanted. Then Steve Burke managed to get me a finance rate lower than I had expected and kept everything well within my budget. When my wife’s car is ready to trade, we’ll definitely go back to Palmen and work with Blake again.

Found Jeep specific that I was interested in that was in their inventory. The car they represented looked remarkably good and when I arrived it was exactly the car condition and experience I hoped for. This is a large dealership with many lots and inventory, but the service I got went above and beyond. Nate was my salesperson and he did an outstanding job working with me from the beginning to the end, great knowledge about vehicle. Vehicle was nicely detail, ready to go. First and foremost, I’m a skeptic of car dealerships. I’ve had around a 4 hour wait time at pretty much every dealership I’ve bought a car from. I came in and told the sales rep, Blake, my budget and what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicle and it was a great match! Came back to check out the numbers and there was no pushy approach, no hidden fees, and we handled the transaction in under an hour. I had to come back to pick up the car and my uber got a flat tire! The whole team waited 30 minutes after close to wait for to finish the transaction. Thank you Palmen Auto for a much needed, GREAT, dealership experience.

First of all, I went into this dealership not knowing much at all. Financing, used, new, interest, warranty, I went into this dealership without first hand experience purchasing a vehicle, just hearsay. The pair of guys i dealt with were so helpful and explained everything very well. Made me feel safe and comfortable, Griffin and Dan were knowledgeable and customer driven. They helped me through all of my annoying and silly questions. They guided me in the right direction and got me into the vehicle I have always wanted! It feels like a dream. I want to thank Palmen auto and their management team for awesome training and attention to detail. Definitely recommend them, ask for griffin! Wish i could have payed a little less but Supervisor Dan helped get me to a number i was comfortable with. Not pushy, not overwhelming not overbearing Finance was quick and easy, and they got me into what i wanted. All in all Pleasant experience.

In the world of internet car shopping there are dealerships that advertise cars, there are internet driven dealerships (carvana etc) and there are dealerships that understand buyers and market value. Palmen and the team at Palmen are the best of both dealerships. I found a car specific that I was interested in that was in their inventory. They priced it to MVP (market pricing) and with a little coaxing we arrived at a deal. Now… the trust factor sets in… the car they represented looked remarkably good and when I arrived it was exactly the car condition and experience I hoped for. This is a large dealership with many lots and inventory, but the service I got went above and beyond. I traveled to Mundelein and they sent a car to pick me up as I took possession of the car. This coupled with detailing and accuracy of the condition really made a positive impression. I would recommend this team and sales associate Shawn Haas for car in the future. Maybe next time I can get a flavored coffee to go.

Ryan provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He talked to me thoroughly about the scope of the service I required, made me aware of a recall on my Jeep, and kept me aware of the progress of the service being done throughout the day. I had asked him what the process would be should my Jeep breakdown when the service department wasn't open. He explained the process to me and when I arrived to pick up my Jeep he showed me where to find the envelopes and the slot in the door where it would need to be deposited. He also had someone pick up the recall parts in Racine in order for me to get everything completed in one day. Ryan explained my warranty on the battery and the other part that was repaired when I came to pick up my Jeep. From the first time I contacted the dealership via online chat, I received great follow-up emails from Customer Care Asst Manager Alex Parker. As soon as we were ready to buy, I was able to easily call her, she accurately confirmed the availability of the exact vehicle we wanted, and set us up to come in to the dealership. Everyone in person, particularly our sales rep Jamie and the financial rep we worked with, were top-notch. The process felt as easy as it could have been, despite some unpreparedness (from OUR end, NOT yours!). We felt welcomed, supported, and not in any way hustled or taken advantage of (which has not been the case at other dealerships during our recent vehicle hunt). Folks stayed past closing to help us finish up, and we were so thrilled to drive away in the perfect car. I really can't say enough about how great our experience was.
